Client: Beat ‘M Up
This is the biggest illustration I have ever made! Even tho it released in 2016, in 2024 it is still remains the largest I have ever done and is still one of my best works.
Beat ‘M Up was and is the biggest beat battle event in The Netherlands and after a few years hiatus, this crazy event is returning for 2016.
With it’s eight events and a slamming national battle, I drew a an eight piece poster where each piece is an individual flyer.
It was one of the greatest challenges to create characters that own a super power based on music production techniques and simultaneously weave them together in a big poster, that could be cut up into eight separate flyers and still maintain good balance.
If you’re wondering, it took me a full month to complete!
